WHOLESALE & GROUP ORDERS
Preparedness for your team
Buying for a business, club or community group? Tell us what you need and we will check the options for your order.
Start with the products and the plan
We welcome enquiries for larger quantities of the equipment in our shop, including lighting, water equipment, first-aid kits and ready-packed vehicle supplies.
Include the product names or links, approximate quantities, delivery postcode and the date you need them. If you are comparing alternatives, explain the intended use so we can understand your request.
Know what is agreed before you order
We check availability, pricing and delivery for the requested quantities. Some items have longer lead times. A wholesale enquiry does not reserve stock, place an order or guarantee a discount or delivery date.
Any quote will set out the proposed products, quantities, price and delivery arrangements. We do not assume that a standard kit meets every organisation’s requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Who can make a wholesale enquiry?
Businesses, clubs, community groups and other buyers planning a larger order are welcome to enquire. Tell us who the order is for and what you need.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish a universal minimum. Send your approximate quantity for each product and we will check what can be offered.
Are volume discounts guaranteed?
No. Pricing depends on the products, quantities and availability. Any agreed pricing will be set out in your quote before you commit.
Can you meet a specific deadline?
Include your required date and delivery postcode. We will check the relevant lead times before confirming an offer. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery promise.
Can you supply workplace first-aid equipment?
You can enquire about stocked first-aid kits. Your organisation must choose suitable contents for its needs and first-aid assessment; a kit size alone does not establish workplace compliance.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. It starts a conversation with our team. Products, quantities, pricing, delivery and applicable terms must be agreed before an order is placed.
