How do I check a delivery estimate?
Check the estimate in your cart and shown with your order. If you need help with an existing delivery, send us the order reference and explain the issue.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly with the order reference and what you would like to change. We will check its fulfilment status. Our cancellation and returns policy explains your rights and the process.
Where should I send a return?
