Who handles your information

What we collect and why

We use your name, contact details, delivery address, order information and correspondence to answer enquiries, fulfil orders, handle returns, prevent fraud and keep required business records. Website activity and device information may be used to understand how the store works. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Providers and overseas processing

Payment, hosting, order-storage, delivery and email providers receive the information needed to provide their services. These include Stripe, PayPal, Vercel, Supabase and Resend. Our group support team may process information in Thailand, and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information needed to fulfil an order may be shared with the supplier and delivery company.

Contact and wholesale forms send enquiries to our team by email. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any optional marketing has its own permission and unsubscribe process.

Analytics and shopping assistance

Where enabled, Google Analytics measures website activity with the choices described in our cookie policy. A shopping assistant processes messages you choose to send. Do not enter payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in chat; contact our team for order-specific assistance.

Access, correction and complaints

We retain information for customer support and applicable business-record requirements, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw optional marketing consent or raise a privacy concern by contacting us. We will respond and work with you to resolve your complaint. If it remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
