Liability and your rights

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory rights in relation to goods.

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions and limits. This page does not require consumers to indemnify us for our own negligence or remove protections provided by Australian consumer law.
